Back in October of 2010 I swear that I would never fly with Delt airlines ever again. They have no customer service skills, care, or concerns as individuals or as a company.
I was in New york for my parents birthday and on my return flight to Atlanta my flying experience was the worst ever. To begin with it was a early flight so I just wanted to sleep. Twenty minutes into the flight I had cranberry juice spill on my right shoulder. The Flight attendant who spilled it on me didn't seem to care at all. No offer to clean it up or even a towel.
Ok things happen so I let it go and I went back to sleep with cranberry juice all over the new Burberry shirt my mother had just bought me. I slept well during the remainer of my flight and tens minutes before the flight had to land I woke up. Before I could take my headphones off and turn my Iphone off I had another flight attendant screaming in my ear. "I need to see black on that screen now". For a moment I almost lost it.
Upon exiting the flight I stopped to help a lady carring her young baby, she was attemping to retrieve her bags from the over head compartment. Upon doing so I dropped my sunglasses. I wasn't able to retrieve them, instead I was told by the flight attendant that spilled the juice on me to exit the plane before security is called.
So all I can say is wow! Delta airlines will never see another hard earn dollar of mines.
